About Project Salute

For over fifteen years, we here at Michele Baratta have worked, designed and let our inspiration be guided by our motto and our belief that you should always “keep the ones you love close to your heart”.

For just as many years we have heard from our customers and friends worldwide about how our jewelry allows them to do just that. Though all the letters move us, those we receive from military families we find especially meaningful. Whether from an officer stationed abroad or their families at home, these stories of love, separation and support resonate with us.

They give up so much for us, and we’ve been waiting to find the right way to give back to them as well. These days due to international conflict, military families are facing longer and more frequent deployment which effects those at home and abroad like never before.

At Michele Baratta we believe it is our duty and privilege to support not only the men & women overseas but also their families, the unsung heroes, who must adapt and sustain despite the many emotional and financial challenges they too face during the separation.

Through Project Salute, we’re able to connect, reach out, give back and allow you to do so as well!

We encourage you to explore the Project Salute online community to find out how you can join Michele Baratta atHome and the entire Project Salute community to let those in the military & their families know that no matter how far away they may be, they are close to all of our hearts.

Do you have a story you want to share with others?  Maybe you can provide a chuckle or some words of inspiration or have a good story about military life.  Have you written or seen a poem or a short story that you would like to share?  Write it here. Add your story!
